I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

Placed an order in the evening and had a phonecall at 8.30 the following morning to say the order was ready. Collected later the same morning and everything was ok. Only 4 stars because I didn't get an email notification that it was ready until 12.30 a couple of hours after I had collected it.

advertise a price on their website, take your money, tell you they have a supplier issue and refund your money, then the next day its back on the website at a higher price added dont want good will afterwards, want decency and honesty from the beginning.

I was waiting for the " ready to collect" email or text message to collect my order. The message never came . I sent an email to the customer service who send an email after 2 days saying that me order is ready to collect. I made the purchase Under the impression that I can click and collect in one hour time.

The whole process, start to finish has been simple and enjoyable. Firstly we were visited by Robin, a Eurocell Sales Executive. Immediately his positive attitude was refreshing. His product knowledge was vast, he was able to answer all our questions and made the whole process clear and comprehensible. We only planned on using that first meeting to gain more information but was so excited by everything offered we unexpectedly placed an order with Robin. We had previously visited a few competitors show rooms so already had a good idea of what we wanted, but Robin was able to really bring our dream to life. Fast forward a few weeks, George and team came to prep the ground and install the pins. George took the time to show my children how large the pins are prompting a photo opportunity of the gigantic screws which will definitely be in the photo book at the end of the project. The following week the garden room is delivered and we have been blown away by the installation of our Eurocell garden room by Garry & Charlie from CSL Construction. They worked tirelessly into the evening for 3 days, way past sunset in temperates close to freezing. A steady flow of cups of tea happily kept them going. The garden room itself is exactly what we wanted. Great quality with a high spec finish. With a 6ft 5" husband to bear in mind, we are very happy with the height of the ceilings, something other competitors fell short of. Gary and Charlie were a pleasure to get to know and we would use them for other projects in future. We are looking forward to finishing our whole garden project and enjoying our new garden room/ bar in the summer. The whole Eurocell team will definitely be invited to the grand opening.
