I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

After finding that what I needed at a roofing supplier was out of stock, I went to Eurocell, not expecting success as the item I needed was related to rubber roofing; however the man behind the counter was very helpful and allowed me the time to consider options, so that I was able to identify a plastic product of very similar profile to the item I needed. I was very impressed, as indeed I was the last time I visited the Clifton Moor store. I hope mg local branch on Tyneside is as helpful if/when I visit there.

Visited the Sheffield branch at Newhall and was greeted by a very helpful and friendly young man called Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for me. He made sure that I had everything I needed for the project that I was doing and even offered me some advice to make the project go smoothly. Thank you

Placed a bulk order with a roofing supplies company but let me down on various items last minute including uPVC fascia and cladding etc. Del & the team at Camberley were incredibly responsive and helpful (especially as a non-tradesperson). Helped arrange a convenient and timely delivery date and the delivery service was very helpful and pleasant. Not things that can be taken for granted these days, and woll use again.

Tried to contact my local branch at Glasgow East, they don’t like answering the phone. I got someone eventually and asked if my online order would get delivered to that branch as it’s 1000m from our office. They couldn’t answer and called back an hour later to say the may have it on the Thursday, 14 day after I ordered the goods. I then asked if any of the items are in stock at the branch, they said no. I went online and checked and only one of the items was not in stock. I placed my order with another branch and collected the items that day. Clearly a very lazy bunch at this branch to be avoided.
