I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

I have used Eurocell in the past with no problems but this time nothing but problems . Not very good service

I think Eurocell are very good because they provided a professional, friendly service from the very outset. The whole process was easy, I did have a few problems with dates moving slightly and a change in construction team last minute (through no fault of their own), but can honestly say that Kerrie (as PM) and Rob and Dave from CSL Construction were absolutely awesome ..... even the delivery team were too!!! All in all, it has been a really positive experience! Highly Recommended!

The manufacturing of the product was first class it was easy to use did the job I used it for and looks fantastic now installed. The salesperson I saw was very approachable fantastic knowledge of what she was selling no BS straight honest and to the point all round great service and a credit to the company thanks for all your help (Mickie) this is one of the reasons I will be back it’s my new favourite place to shop for all my UPVC products.OUTSTANDING.

Where do I start. Drove to a local store asked for two different upcoming products. I was shown them in warehouse to confirm correct items. Back to office to pay only to be told by another staff member that what is in the warehouse was all online orders!!! They then informed me I have to order online when im in the blood store!!! And if I want to order in the shop to come back on Monday when the manager is in so he can order it in for me !!! I've NEVER experienced such incredible inconvenience and incompetence. Unfortunately a company I've had to order it online and pay for delivery!!!!!!!!!! Its a bloody joke...and if there was another company local I would never ues you again.

I think Eurocell is very good because fantastic service and very helpful staff. They even loaned me a saw and tape measure so I could cut the skirting to go in the car. 10/10 *.
