Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

Ordered fascia for a job, was told via email that I would have a phone call In 3 business days, waited 7 days in total then I rang them as customer was asking what was going on, it got delivered to a different branch, I had to wait another day!! Then they turned up late so no work could be carried out, had to go back another day, what a shame, how can I run a business and give clients time lines and this happens. Will not go here again. Avonmouth and Cardiff branches, online order.

The main issue is your website is really really really slow. The products are good and no issue with the choice etc. But buying online was painful.

Just needed a bracket for our conservatory guttering and what excellent service, nothing too much trouble for this company which is rare nowadays. Excellent all round.
