I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

We had some facials and other items delivered. Reece the delivery person was brilliant he asked where I would like it put. Moved his van to our drive and put in in the place I said he even helped move a ladder 3 run he was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. He explained what was what as putting down. Customer service was very good and he was lovely. Keep up the good work. Went into store L Day later and staff in there were lovely and very helpful Would certainly say if you wanted any plastic cladding facials. Give this company a call
