Non delivery by the idiots at Everi your courier, I'm still waiting for my delivery which was ordered Friday 1st of March Would like to add after my remark Shawn b and Liam at Europarts were both Brilliant to me and how they handled my problem 5 stars guys

The actual car parts from Euro Car Parts were great and as ordered. Free postage time line was good and as described. The delivery from Evri was fraught on the day of delivery. First it was coming , then it would be delayed, then not coming that day, then arrived in original time slot and left on the front door step.

Your part of deal was rine to a point. But you were badly let down by Evri. They were useless (as usual) and gave a poor service

Haven’t received item

Not a great experience - at least initially. Firstly the website recommended the incorrect rear wiper blade for my X5. There are two listed as rear wipers and the one I was sent is clearly not. I took this back to my nearest store and was refunded no issue and they said they would get the correct one in store for the following day. I went back the following day - another trip through rush hour traffic for 1/2 hour - only to be told it had not come in. Not a great experience and has put me off using them as I’m now out of pocket for the initial postage fee for the incorrect blade (only the blade cost was refunded) and the petrol to go back on a wasted journey to collect a part they hadn’t had delivered. Ended up going to Amazon (which I prefer not to do), paid less and they delivered the right part. Having failed with the initial parts supply I do however have to strongly commend the way Euro Car Parts have handled my concerns. They were very quick to come back to me and apologise for the issues caused which has gone a long way to restoring my faith in them and their service and is a refreshing change from so many Automated responses that you get these days when raising any kind of issue. A big thanks to their support team for reacting so positively and quickly.
