Equity have helped me from the start, I let them know I was interested in a property and they done everything to help me achieve getting it, I couldn’t of asked for a better experience

Used these guys to let 3 of our new built properties. I was very surprised with how quickly they managed to secure professional tenants for us at full asking price. I was particularly impressed with the level of service provided throughout the process and look forward to continue using their services. Definitely recommend them.

I've been dealing with Equity since 2007 and the quality of service has never failed to disappoint! I am always kept update to date with recent changes and regulatory updates and most importantly I have never felt just like a number. The service has always felt tailored to my needs and requirements. Amongst many of the Equity team there has been one particular member that has stood out for me, and that is Androulla Charalambous who has has been exceptional. Androullas persistence to succeed, organised and logical methodology makes her function ten steps ahead which makes the overall service extremely pro-active rather than re-active. However, it isn't just one person that makes an organisation function well - Big thanks to Mark, Paris, Kevin and the rest of the team!

Though Equity did not finally sell my house at the end due to a multi agency arrangement I entered into, I received a first class professional support and advice from Pablo based at the EN1 branch office from day one. Thank you very much Pablo!

Feedback for Equity The team at Equity done an absolutely fantastic job selling my house. As we put the house up for sale just before Xmas 2019, it was a tough time to think about getting a sale, but just 26 days after the resumption of business in the new year we achieved a sale. Special mention to Josh for the initial contact and getting the ball rolling, and to Pablo and Matt who brought round a constant stream of people to view the house. Equity sold my parents home over 10 years ago and they were very happy so when it was my turn to move up the property ladder my first port of call was Equity estate agent's they have a very patient professional team who are always available to answere any questions and chase up other parties in the sale. They were reasonable in their commissions and priced my property in the correct price range which gave us a quick and satisfying sale. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family and if i ever needed an estate agent again I would definitely be going back. Darren your amazing and thank you for all your efforts even when you were on annual leave you still had time for us.

Excellent customer service and great communication

We have just rented a house with Equity, so far so good and easy. Julia made our little dream come true and finally moved in to the new beautiful house. The whole process we went through, was fast. Julia is a professional. Definitely recommend this agency.

Aaliyah was very knowledgable and showed me the property in a friendly and calm manner. Helen is great at following up, it has been quite a stressful process with a few bumps in the road but equity were always there when I needed an update.

During my search for a new property. I was help by Equity Estate Agent. The staff are very helpful and polite. my agent Julia was good in what she does. Her mannerism also is very good. Her calmness and the way she applied herself and the time she takes to complete each task, in getting be into a property is amazing. Especially as I was looking during the Christmas time.
