The customer service is outstanding. The sizes of my original order didn't fit. I called in and spoke to an actual person 'Jessie' and she facilitated the swap out to another size. The swap out was seamless and prompt! She sent the return waybill and mailer with the replacement order which made it easy for me to return the original order. I wish all companies operated this way.

I ordered “competition size” volleyballs. Upon arrival and inflation, they are not competition size. I submitted a return request and Epic Sports accepted the return but insists I need to pay the return shipping fee despite the false advertising.

BEWARE of Epic Sports' business practices. I am a high school coach that purchased a large number of game pants for my softball team, but was mislead by a color specification. The color selected was MIDNIGHT. It is simple to assume that the color midnight refers to black, not navy blue. Pictures on their website are not clear. When I attempted to contact them about the misunderstanding, after also additionally making several other orders with the company totally thousands of dollars, I was told there was not recourse to my misunderstanding of the color of the order and I could not get the pants replaced with the correct color I wanted. Instead, I would have to return the items and be charged a 20% restocking fee. I am a head coach at a school that spends money on sports teams and it appears this company has no wishes to maintain a quality relationship for future purchases. AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!

My order was 8 days late. when it arrived it was so bad, horrible quality, not centered correctly, one word big one word small so it looks horrible. The hats are not centered either and look like gas station hats with stitching missing. I cannot use any of this as it represents my company, everything has to be thrown away. This might be an okay company for nick knacks, but nothing custom, and quality is trash. $1,113.00 order wasted. DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM.
