I ordered socks and I was given 7 extra size small socks instead of mediums. The company claimed that the manufacturer mislabeled the socks so they wrote an M on the sock tag, but the socks are the exact same size as the smalls. You have to take pictures of all the socks and get the complete runaround trying to get them to exchange when it was their mistake. I won't buy from them again.
Do not order anything custom from this company. They will not honor delivery times and will be much later than estimated delivery. Also customer service is a joke all custom stuff they can’t answer any questions on. Worst experience I’ve had with a company. I will never use Epic again and I urge you to look elsewhere!
Company rips off customers on returns I returned 2 sweatshirts and the company charged obscenely high restocking fees of 20% of totally unworn merchandise. They also didn't refund my sales tax or the correct the amount even accounting for the restocking fee. Customer service was a joke, as I received a message "I apologize that I can not explain more into depth as I do not process the refunds."
Ordered three sets of balls, put all my correct shipping info in along with unit #.. for some reason it gets returned back to them even though shipping address was 100% correct and they refund me less shipping and also a restocking fee. Complete BS. As a coach of 10 years that has placed many orders with them; won’t be ordering again after this incident.

I received a spam email every two days after I placed my order, with an estimated delivery date of 9/11. Based on that, I planned on using the product that weekend. However, my package never arrived on 9/11, and the auto emails suddenly stopped. At that point, I had no idea when it would arrive, and it made it impossible to plan. My order randomly delivered on 9/18, which a tracking number appearing that day. I would have appreciate less emails prior to the package delivering, and any kind of update after it was delayed.

Fast processing and shipping
My full order was held for over a week past the estimated delivery date because of 2 pairs of socks that they did not have, instead of shipping the partial order and notifying me that the socks were not available.
