Prices great but this order was wrong. I received 1 pair of shirt opposed to a jersey. It t was too much of a hassle to take the photo and deal with for the price. Luckily we ordered a few extras.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I normally use this company but since they switched to email customer services and chat customer; a simple question has turned into a 5 day resolution of back and forth. They sent the wrong item, keep asking for the same pictures of proof and want me to pay for restocking fees and shipping fee due to them sending me the wrong items. BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ORDER! The new customer service process is horrible.

The price and quality. These baseballs were a perfect fit for practicing for tournaments. Far less expensive than other name brand baseballs, with matched quality. Will definitely purchase again.

The embroidery was way tooo small and there was no option for me to choose the size. So I definitely will not be ordering g hats with embroidery from you guys again.

Purchased 6 Closeout NFHS Select thor soccer balls. 2 did not hold air. I read that the closeout soccer balls would have blemishes and discolorations that would not affect play. I was not expecting 1/3 of them to not hold air. My bad trying to be cheap but I gave them 2 out of 5 stars for the 2 out of 6 bad soccer balls. To be fair I ordered them and recived the balls in December of 24 and did not try to air them up til Febuary before 1st games. But I would have never guessed they would not hold air.

Speedy delivery and order fulfillment

I have had some great purchases with Epic. This one however, wasn't. I purchased 4 pair of baseball pants in size L. When I received them and tried them on, all 4 fit differently. Would not have been an issue except 2 of the 4 did not fit at all. There were differences of up to 3" in the waist. Additionally there was no real effort by the company to remedy the situation when I contacted customer support. Be aware that even if you order following the sizing charts (and they are all different) because all of the pants are from china, you will get fit differences in each pair. The quality may be good. I have not played a game in the 2 pair that do fit yet.

The shirts are very comfortable, quality and very easy to wash.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered $300 worth of pitching machine softballs. THE COMPANY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE UPS DELIVERY SERVICE. The delivery service said it was delivered . i repeatedly told this company i didn't ot receive any package. i've ordered alot of stuff from this company and they are not doing the right thing. THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME IM OUT OF LUCK AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SEND ME ANOTHER PACKAGE OR MY PRODUCT I BOUGHT. i will never order from this company again who tells a customer your out of $300😡😡😡
