Was so happy to find jump ropes in the sizes needed for an elementary school that we were helping with their back to school needs. In our town, I only found size 9 feet jump ropes. The school and coach were so appreciative.

somehow my order prior to shipment got messed up. I wanted all my pants to have red piping and when I moved sizing numbers around the piping did not adjust for the sizes - so 4 pair out of 26 did not get red piping. Instead of being able to call and fix it with a representative I had to try to use the online system. Which is not only difficult to use, but when you have a special order, you can't adjust numbers or fix the problem. I was forced to email and try to go back and forth and by the time I actually got someone to understand the pants were already here. Then had to go through several more emails to get someone to understand I needed a return label for just those 4 pairs because the online system won't give you one. Because it all took so long, I now have to order 4 more pair of pants and eat the cost because the players needed pants for our games, so they had to wear the wrong ones until the right ones come. However, if I was able to make a phone call and talk to a customer service rep and fix the order the day of it would not cost me an extra $100+ to get 4 pair of pants here correctly done for our next games. FRUSTRATING!!

We made a last minute order when our uniforms from another company did not arrive. We are so thankful you had uniforms in stock! We were able to order 150 jerseys for our kids and receive them in 3 days! We had a local shop customize them for us, jersey quality is great and next year we will just purchase from you all!

The shipping was fast and quality was good. Only issue was that about 7 or 8 of the yellow jerseys had black spots on them, like smudged ink. We were in a time crunch as these were donated to a soccer academy in Africa so couldn’t send back. We are hoping it comes out in the wash

The athletic commissioner placed an order for our softball team and every jersey was sized very small. However, the website says their jerseys come true to size which is NOT true. I called and couldn't get ahold of a live person. Automated system referred me to their website where I can chat with a bot and the link to the chat isn't working! This company is BS! Do NOT order from here!!!!

I was sent the wrong shirts and in order to remedy the situation I was asked to first take pics of all the incorrect shirts then submit a claim. Second, use my ink and print a return label then repackage the items then take the time and gas to take the items to the carrier. This whole experience was a major inconvenience! I should've just been allowed to keep the incorrect shirts and avoided all this for something that was zero percent my fault. I will probably not make another purchase at Epic Sports.

this company is a joke. I spent a lot of money with them. All they did is screw up my order and take my money. I paid for fast delivery and it didn't get shipped when it was supposed to. The customer service is horrible. you can't talk to a real person and the online chat is an AI bot pretending to be a real person. dont waste your time with this company nothing but a headache.
