Frustrating Customer Service
somehow my order prior to shipment got messed up. I wanted all my pants to have red piping and when I moved sizing numbers around the piping did not adjust for the sizes - so 4 pair out of 26 did not get red piping. Instead of being able to call and fix it with a representative I had to try to use the online system. Which is not only difficult to use, but when you have a special order, you can't adjust numbers or fix the problem. I was forced to email and try to go back and forth and by the time I actually got someone to understand the pants were already here. Then had to go through several more emails to get someone to understand I needed a return label for just those 4 pairs because the online system won't give you one. Because it all took so long, I now have to order 4 more pair of pants and eat the cost because the players needed pants for our games, so they had to wear the wrong ones until the right ones come. However, if I was able to make a phone call and talk to a customer service rep and fix the order the day of it would not cost me an extra $100+ to get 4 pair of pants here correctly done for our next games. FRUSTRATING!!
