Company rips off customers on returns
Company rips off customers on returns I returned 2 sweatshirts and the company charged obscenely high restocking fees of 20% of totally unworn merchandise. They also didn't refund my sales tax or the correct the amount even accounting for the restocking fee. Customer service was a joke, as I received a message "I apologize that I can not explain more into depth as I do not process the refunds."
