Very accommodating and engaging delivery drivers. Took initiative and delivered to desired location,couldn’t recommend them enough, it’s a pity not all delivery drivers were not this standard.

Pete & Sal were great - very efficient, friendly and courteous. We had a slight issue with our sofa (nothing to do with them) and they recorded everything for us to report back to the sofa company. Would highly recommend, thank you!

Very happy with my furniture delivery from Fishpools, delivered by Noah and H. Efficient and polite, they carried everything into the house, unwrapped, set up and inspected the furniture, asked me to check it was ok then took all the masses of packaging away with them. Nice guys.

We had our garden furniture delivered by Empire Delivery this morning. Two chaps called Pete and Vince who could not have been any nicer or more helpful. We were told assembly was not included (the company we purchased from made a mistake). Pete and Vince did not hesitate and just got on with it and did what they had to. Great company, great staff and a job well done!

Noah and Oscar were polite and professional. Noah put the sofa together and ensured it all worked prior to leaving

The delivery required a heavy latex double mattres to be removed and replaced with another to a 3rd floor bedroom up narrow stairs. They did so diligently and with good humour. Coudn't ask for more.

I just had my new sofa bed delivered by Pete and Sal, who were courteous, professional, and thoughtful. From calling 20 minutes out and asking whether to take their shoes off at the door to putting pads on the bottom of the sofa so as not to scuff the floors, they were incredible. I only hope everyone is as lucky as I was to have these two guys working on this particular job. Empire was also great keeping in touch through the whole delivery process
