Had a mattress collected by Chris Mason and his team, excellent communication throughout giving a 3 hour timeslot and updates if required, also a quick call 20 minutes before arrival. The latex mattress was thoroughly wrapped up, rolled and secured with straps, and the team took great care with my property, protecting the doorway from any potential damage and even taking their shoes off before going upstairs! All in all a positive experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Good communication via text and phone. Took away all rubbish Put the sofas together with respect for our home. We had a problem with the feet on one of the sofas not fitting, they took on the problem and new feet are being sent out to us. Friendly team

This is the second time that Empire have visited me. The staff on both occasions, were courteous, efficient and professional.

The two delivery gentleman telephoned before their arrival, they were friendly and were very respectful of our home. They unpacked and assembled our sofa and took away the packaging. It was a great experience

Both guys that came were punctual, really friendly and carried out the job of assembling the sofa and taking away all rubbish with ease. Overall a great experience.

good communication got a call 20 mins away from my home then was a delay so called back to tell me. put cover over door to protect took shoes off packaging removed all the rubish put furniture in place it was very heavy i am over the moon with the delivery very happy customer

The two guys, Noah and Oscar that delivered our furniture were very courteous and helpful. They put our table together which we were not expecting, unpacked everything and took all the packaging away. They are a credit to Empire Delivery.

The boys who delivered my Chesterfield Company, Queen Anne legged Chesterfield wing chair and stool, were very friendly and efficient, they set to work and unpacked my chair and stool and placed it where I wanted it.

Empire Delivery have been absolutely fantastic delivering our sofa. The communication has been excellent. We had Pete and Vince doing the delivery, who were brilliant and went above and beyond to help us- they deserve employee of the month!

I have scored the delivery team ( Sal and Pete) five stars because they were exemplary. They handled the delivery very carefully and were very respectful. However one of the wardrobes was faulty and the mattress for the bed was missing. Neither of these issues were caused by the delivery team.

The delivery men Noah & Vince were very friendly, courteous, careful & respected my property. They took there shoes off, & were careful when climbing the stairs they didn’t mark the wallpaper. They unpacked the mattress & removed all the packaging & took it away.

The guys were amazing. Right on time and let me know they were on their way. Also, very professional but also so friendly.

Very happy with the 2 lads Noah and Oscar they was very helpful, they respected my property removing there shoes when entered. They took the bedroom furniture upstairs and put it exactly where I wanted it. Cannot fault the service at all one very happy Customer.
