From an impressive online appointment booking system to reminder texts up to 10 minutes before the engineer arrives, communications are excellent, They remain so, with a Covid-aware engineer explaining helpfully everything being done to help maintain the boiler. A technical report is then sent by email for your records. All in all a faultless experience, where all surfaces contacted by the engineer were hygienically wiped down by him before he left. Everything first-class!

Kept me informed from reminding to book, confirmation of my booking, reminder the day before, message when the engineer was on the way plus ability to track his journey progress. Also full explanation of what he had done and report emailed within 15 minutes

Lots of updates and reminders of the appointment. Update on arrival time and the engineer was exactly on time. Pleasant, respectful tradesman who told us of a non-critical issue and explained what it meant to us. Proof of service was emailed to us within 5 minutes for an excellent contactless experience.
