Viel zu übereteuert, miserabler Kundenumgang, never ever

DE ER SVINDLER. Hold jer væk fra dem. Vi havde reserveret en stor bil i Antalya, men da vi kom frem, fortalte de, at bilen havde de givet til en anden kunde. Hold jer væk fra dem.

Normally, our car rental experiences were smooth. We had rented from Elitcar 2-3 times before and were satisfied. However, this year, a different car was delivered instead of the one we reserved. Moreover, this car had a small engine and was petrol-fueled, whereas we specifically requested a diesel vehicle because it is more powerful on hills. The person who delivered the car said, 'Then cancel it, and I will take it back.' However, because we had our children and luggage with us and it was very hot, after waiting 45 minutes, we were forced to take this car. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with this situation. Additionally, the car would roll back on hills and lose speed. In hot and oppressive weather, the air conditioning is very important; however, it often did not work. When the car stopped, it blew hot air, and while driving, it did not provide properly cold air or sometimes didn't blow cold air at all. Although we rented the car through Elitcar, it was delivered by Zeplin Car staff. It seems likely that Elitcar acted as an intermediary and arranged the car through them.

Nicht mal 1 Stern verdient! Wir haben nicht das reservierte Pkw erhalten sondern einen kleinen, die nicht mal 2 koffer von uns rein passten. Es wurde einfach gesagt, wir können nichts machen. Es war das letzte mal.

We came in the night and there was a servicebus who came to pick us up from the airport to bring us to the service point in Istanbul. The car that we actually had reserved was not available. They gave us a similar one. We checked the outside and inside of the car and took pictures from damages and scratches. There was a damage on the front and we told the service employee about it. He told us that he knew about it and that he already had pictures from the car. And now it comes After a few weeks we had repaired 2 tires because there were nails in it and we had contacted the helpdesk. By delivering of the car, they checked the inside and outside ….and now it comes… the same employee who told us they knew about the damage at he front of the car asks us: “Was the car towed away?”. I showed him the pictures that we had taken on the night we arrived and rented the car. He did not shame and said he had other pictures which are taken on the same day without damage. I will never ever rent a car from them anymore. They look in your face and they scamm you. I was happy that I had insured it for all kinds of damage so that they could not give me any headache.

Nicht mal 1 Stern verdient! Monate vorher reserviert.habe bestätigung alles erhallten Ankunft: über 2 Stunde müssten wir warten und zum Schluss haben wir nicht das reservierte Pkw erhalten sondern einen kleinen pkw und einen anderen preis weil meine reservirung hat gesagt nicht gültig aber bis ich dort kommen war okey. Unglaubwürdige Ausreden dazu noch ein unfreundlicher Kundenservice. Finger weg wenn Ihr euren Urlaub nicht versauen möchtet!!!! Statt 600€ verlangt 1200 ohne rechnung ohne nix ! Der sagt bekomme ich in 15 minute alles meine email und auf whats app bis jetzt ist nicht !! FINGER WECK !!

Wir haben das zweite Mal einen Wagen bei dieser Firma gemietet, um nach der ersten schlechten Erfahrung der Firma noch eine Chance zu geben, was unser Fehler gewesen ist. Beim ersten Mal haben sie uns ein Auto gegeben, bei dem der Motor wie wild geschrien hat. Nach fünf Minuten fahrt, sind wir wieder zurück zur Firma und die haben uns gesagt, dass das normal sei, als hätten wir keine Ahnung von Autos - pure Frechheit! Wir haben uns dann bei der Zentrale beschwert und ihnen den Lärm vom Motor zum Hören gegeben und erst mit dessen Anweisung, haben sie das Auto gewechselt. Unsere zweite Erfahrung: Wir haben vor vier Wochen Fiat Doblo gemietet und dementsprechend sind wir mit Gepäck gekommen. Am Flughafen angekommen, sagen sie uns, dass sie dieses Modell nicht haben und uns ein kleineres Modell von Fiat Fiorino andrehen wollen. Als wir uns beschwert haben, hat uns eine andere Familie berichtet, dass sie den alten Fiat Fiorino versucht haben ihnen anzudrehen. Auch diese haben ein anderes Model gemietet und dieses vorgelegt bekommen. Da sind wir am Flughafen zur Zentrale von Elitcar. Da warten drei andere Familien mit genau dem gleichen Problem. Auch die haben ein grösseres Auto gemietet und haben ein anderes bekommen. Diese Firma kann nichts organisieren und beim Beschweren erfinden sie nur Ausreden und lassen dich ein paar Stunden stehen und lösen deine Probleme nicht! Wir mussten dann mit dem Taxi gehen. Die Angestellten sind frech, null lösungsorientiert, besitzen keine Kompetenz und sind nicht gewillt deine Probleme zu lösen! Nicht von dieser Firma mieten!!!!! Die Autos auf ihrer Firma besitzen sie gar nicht und versuchen dir ein anderes anzudrehen!!!

Sifir yildiz verecektim ama öyle bir seçenek yok, kesinlikle uzak durun. Bizi gecenin ortasinda yem olarak diger kiralama şirketlerinin Önüne attilar, ofisimiz var dediler, yalan söylediler, office falan yok, sadece whatsapp akilsiz zeka ile göruşebiliyorsunuz, nerdeyse iki ay öncesinden rezervasyon yaptim, arabami seçtim, geldik öyle bir şirket falan yok. Izmirde, 5 kisi 5 valiz 30 derece sicaklikta diger kiralama sirketlerine bizi sattilar. ELIT den kimse bizimle muhatap olmadi. Diger kiralama sirketleride istedigi fiyattan bize arabayi kiraladilar, pazarlik falan yapamiyorsun, elinde seçenek yok. yani kazik yedik ELIT DEN. Iki ay onceden hazirlik yapiyorsun, sonuç bu. Gecenin ortasinda baska secenegin yok, mecbur bir araba kiralanman lazimdi. Avec bize yardimci oldu. Valizlerimiz rezil olduk, çocuklu çok kizdi. O da olmasa ne olurdu bilmiyorum, kisacasi tatil kötü başladi. Teşekkürler ELIT.

Geçen sene ağustosta yani 01-01-2023de araba kıraladım 25günluğüne adamlar bana bi fiyat biçti €1250 ve hasar pakketi ilave €200euro toplam €1450 Neredeyse çoğu Ücretli yolları ödedim fakat oradan da bi 625tl aldılar, yani 17euro Tatilim bittikten sonra bu araba kıralama şırketini yani Elit car rentali yine aradim kaç tutacak diye ayni tarihte ağustosun başinda gitmek için. Bana 900 euro dediler sonra amcam aradi ve arkadaşim aradı hep 800/1000 arası dediler yani demek istediğim ELITCAR RENTALA HIÇ BIR ZAMAN GITMEYIN ADAMLAR DOLANDIRIYOR. GÖRÜYORLAR KI YÜRTDIŞINDAN GELIYO. ARADİĞİMDA BANA 800/1000EURO ARASI DEDILER IZMIR ADNAN MENDERESTEN ALIŞ. ELITCARI DENEMEYIN ARKADAŞLAR BENDEN SÖYLEMESI PARANIZA YAZIK EDERSINIZ.

Bekir bulut adina rezervasyon ettik bugun 266€ standart kasko aldik interneten ve orya varinca arac tesliminde 150€ fazladan para istiyorlar hirsizlik bu yaptiginiz Üstelik benzinli araba istemedik kontratta dizel yazıyordu Nous avons réservé une voiture pour sept jours à 266 € soi-disant Sur place une fois que vous récupérez la voiture, ils vous sortent dès frais en plus Alors que la voiture était à 266 € avec l’assurance comprise Nous avons reçu une voiture essence, alors que on avait réservé diesel !

Nach 10 Monaten kam eine Aufforderung zur Zahlung in Höhe von 20Euro wegen Autobahngebühr. Das ist Abzocke, obwohl der Betrag bei Auto Rückgabe am Flughafen Istanbul in Bar bezahlt wurde. Hier möchte man wohl doppelt abkassieren. Von dieser Mail Adresse kam die Aufforderung operasyon at elitcarrental.com Achtung Abzocke!!!

Machen ein Angebot, ich buche. Am nächsten Tag heißt es war eingeholter und erhöhen den Preis auf einmal um 200€. Nie wieder

This company has a "special terms" for the people different nationalities. I booked and paid for the rent online and during the pick up they told me that I have to give 1000 euro as a deposit because I'm from the 'x' country (I arrived from Europe btw). This terms and cost never has been mentioned in the terms of the rent on the website (now they renewed the website and it's still nothing about this cost). I was arguing and finally they told me that they cancel reservation and didn't reimbursed me my money. I decided to go to court because it is absolutely non-acceptable. p.s. the rental location is Istanbul Airport

3 kez aliyorum bu sefer SOn defa !!!! Cunku hep kazik yok efendim kopru parasi egs daha gozukmuyor hep birseyler cikiyor... Bu seferde yok full paket sigorta satilar 50€ Hakkimi Helal Etmiyorum..... Cok dikkat edin...

LUTFEN yaklasmayin.. RENTACAR DEGIL MAFYA.. BITTE KEIN ELITCAR MIETEN. Atos unversichert. Musst privat zusätzlich versichern.. Vollkasko begrenzt mit 2500€. Den rest ab 2500€ oben offen sollst du selber zahlen. Mafia ist besser als die..

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich, super freundlich.... Service war einwandfrei. Nur empfehlenswert 👍 Im Vergleich zu den anderen Anbietern, waren die Preise auch sehr angenehm! D.Divrikli

Dolandırmak için herşeyi yapıyorlar. Ufak bir kaza geçirdik, aracın biri arkadan çarptı ve bir parmak ucu kadar iz oluştu tamponda. Ben yine Kaza tutanağı tuttum. Karşılıklı imzaladık, ve adam suçunu kabul etti. Hepsini aynı gün ( yaklaşık 1,5 saat sonra ) Elitcara ilettim. Uzman arkadaşlar size dönüş yapacaklar dedi. Ondan sonra dönüş olmadığı için 5-6 kere aradım her seferinde dönüş yapılacak dendi. Taktikleri buymuş meğerse!!!! Aracı teslim edeceğim gün şu evrak eksik, bu evrak eksik, kaza raporunu öbürü niye tam doldurmamış deyip benden para talep ettiler. Ben de otoyol geçiş ücreti dışında herhangi birşey ödemeyeceğimi, eksik olan bişey var mı diye kaç kere aradığımı belirttim. Bizi orda baya oyalayıp işi yokuşa sürdüler. En son para talep ettiğiniz konuyu Bana Mail ile yazılı olarak gönderin ben avukatıma gönderecem dedim. Sonrasında sesleri kesildi. UZAK DURUNUZ BUNLARDAN. Parayı böyle insanları kandırarak kazanmaya çalışıyorlar.
