Fraudulent, Unethical Business Practices
The quality of customer service has diminished. I paid a shipping cost that guaranteed I would receive the items within 5 days. This did not happen. They say on their site that shipping concerns--in my case never having received the order--is out of their hands and is the responsibility of the shipping company with whom they contract. Um? It is your responsibility, as you chose to contract with the company. What a cop out. My credit card company is stepping in to resolve this. I will NEVER again buy from a company that has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. Horrible
