Avoid like the Plague, Sell you Microsoft Office that's NOT legit

i have rang them many time, the last time i wrote a review on here they replied saying the phones were down. load of rubbish .it dont work like many others have said i e.mailed them no reply , i went to the place they said they were located as i live near them and no-one had heard of them. tell them to tell us the side road they are next to . as i walked at least 1 mike looking for them .no where to be seen

I purchased a Microsoft licence and received no product code! My calls are not accepted as the phone number doesn’t work and I’ve had no reply to the emails and messages I’ve left via the website! Extremely disappointed in the service after they were recommended by a colleague - perhaps they were trying to “stitch me up!!” This review only allows one date to be published however the negative experience is ongoing from 21/3/2025

I read all the other reviews about problems with installation, but since the overall rating was good I thought I'd take a chance on a ridiculously good price on Office 2024 Professional Plus for my new laptop. Ordered late on Sat night, the activation key/download link/instruction email was in my inbox first thing on Sun morning. The download and installation worked on Windows 11 (but not quite in the way the instructions on the email said-there were fewer steps) and I found going into the Home screen in Word and clicking on Account in the bottom left corner took me to a box where I could input the activation key. Based on what I read here, I was bracing myself for error messages and a tedious telephone activation, but it worked first time and all is well. Great stuff!

The software I purchased was very competitively priced and a very quick delivery of the necessay download details. I did have one or two problems installing the software (all my fault) and Electronics E Shop were really helpful in assisting me with the installation of my Office 2024 program software. All sorted now and everything working how I wanted. I would definately recommend them.

I had problems with activation and installation, but I found Electronics-e quite prompt in helping me. Added to the cheap price of the Office 2021 I bought from them compared to "renting" Office 365, it was all in all a pleasant experience.

I had a problem with activating the product which I had purchased a few months ago (at an excellent price). Customer service was superb. I emailed on finding the issue and it was resolved the same afternoon. I would definitely recommend this business and will keep my eye out for further great deals.

Purchased Microsoft Office from Electronics E Shop but unfortunately had problems installing it. Emailed their help line Saturday evening expecting a response on Monday at the earliest. Very pleasantly surprised to see a response in my email when I logged in on Sunday morning! Instructions were provided to resolve the issue and product successfully installed. Very impressed with customer service and will certainly purchase from them again. Price was extremely competitive as well

The software works great but it's tricky getting it activated at Microsoft. The company give clear instructions on how to do it. They also respond if you have any difficulty I recommend them

I bought Microsoft Office suite at a reasonable price and experienced a problem after setting up. The company responded to my email quickly and showed me how to sort the issue out, all very painless, I would happily recommend them to you.

Great Deal, excellent price. Easy download. Had a hitch with the Authentication code, I'm not techy!! Emailed customer service, fantastic. They replied with the Code and all was well. I can't emphasise how helpful they were. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this firm.

As per other reviews on here, My Office 2021 downloaded easily but then had problems activating. After swapping a couple of emails the tech team sorted the problem out and now all works fine. Bought it for a very good price too, compared to other sites.
