Quick easy and they actually fixed my problem
Everything went as planned, no problems with installation or activation. The only thing I don't like is the fact Office 2024 is the LTSC version when I really wanted the regular version. It doesn't say LTSC version when I bought the product but it's no big deal. Everything is working properly and I would buy from them again.

Worst customer experience ever. Bought 3 cd keys, to get them i had to take a picture of my id / passport with the site in the background, i did that. Just to get dissapproved because im a minor. Its codes for Fortnite i bought, crazy. First and last time i buy from here, ive never had a worse and completely unnecessary procedue when buying something.

Fast response, bought a Windows 11 key and it was delivered and worked fine. My second Windows purchase from these over a fairly long gap with no problems, although some reviews seem to complain they never recieved a code or support after not getting a code. I haven't had to find out what their support is like.

Purchased one 14 day subscription. They told me there was a delay in processing. Didn't get a straight answer. Then finally they said it was out of stock. With very little communication. So they refunded my money. But then I decided to buy another one and sure enough it was out of stock as well. 🤬 I am still waiting for it to be back in stock so I don't have to purchase a third time. Customer service is slow and all they offer is a refund. Which adds up to a lot of waiting.

Instrant delivery and able to use pay pal. The key worked with no problems. I had a pc with windows 8 and upgraded with a windows 10 download , but Microsoft says no free upgrade 8 to 10. Now my windows 10 home is activated thanks to ElectronicFirst. Now upgrading to win 11 hopefully.
