Weak service. No care for the customer
Purchased one 14 day subscription. They told me there was a delay in processing. Didn't get a straight answer. Then finally they said it was out of stock. With very little communication. So they refunded my money. But then I decided to buy another one and sure enough it was out of stock as well. 🤬 I am still waiting for it to be back in stock so I don't have to purchase a third time. Customer service is slow and all they offer is a refund. Which adds up to a lot of waiting.
