The service is fast but the verification process is a bit tedious. Otherwise great experience.

Im a verified buyer. My product not delivered after payment nor refund. Absolutely unacceptable! I never received my product, and despite waiting well beyond the stated period, I still haven’t gotten my money back. Their customer service is unresponsive and full of empty promises. This company has wasted my time and tied up my money — I feel completely cheated. Avoid them at all costs!

Bought a game but it came back as duplicate code. I sent them screenshot evidence but they came back requesting a whole bunch of additional steps and screenshots which isn't worth the effort or time. First time using them as I normally used CDkeys and I wouldnt recommend it. Also in the meantime I started getting marketing emails for creating an account with them that I never wanted.

Easy purchase and received the key minutes later

Because of the cheap (reduced) price, I was dubious, however, I decided to take a gamble, and was I surprised! My Windows 11 product key worked, and I was able to upgrade my PC, and save a lot of money!

Bought a key, was asked to ID validate, made a mistake, was asked to correct with appropriate instructions. Received the key, activated according to service provider instructions and hey presto believe that I have saved circa 80% over full priced "Auto renew" 💁‍♂️

Bought an Xbox game pass voucher code doesn't even work . Tried contacting them on live chat they don't respond only a generic ai text script . Im pretty sure this company is scamming people in all honesty.

Der Key hat tadellos funktioniert. Leider war im Netz kein deutsches Corel 2020 zu bekommen. Sachbearbeiter bei der Hotline sehr freundlich und bemühtProbleme zu lösen. Gerne wieder.

EDIT: Please do not respond with a generic response that you use in each and every review. You had the opportunity to resolve it by not cancelling the order in the first place! At least I got off lightly as from what I'm reading loads of customers aren't even getting a refund! Avoid at all costs! It probably is! For weeks they were advertising the new Metal Gear Solid for significantly cheaper than anyone else. I read the reviews before purchasing but decided to take a chance. I made the payment, then 24 hrs later received a email confirming cancellation due to a price increase from their supplier! I mean you just found out after weeks of advertising that the price was gonna be more expensive. Yeah right! I believe this was all a data gathering exercise. I would avoid and go with the more reputable key sites.

Tried logging into Battle.net with the account that I was provided. Battle.net made me go through a security check that sent a code to my email. I was not provided with the email that was associated with the account. I contacted customer service on August 20th, and they still haven't replied to me. Really poor customer service. Will delete this review if this issue is resolved.

They scammed me out of my money. Accused me of using a new account and looks like they created the account to say I did it and changed the dates. Been purchasing here multiple times and this recent time was the worst of my experience.
