Took a while to come. Not the 3-9 days they said but once contacted they did chase it up. My uncle is happy with it.

I ordered a GN29 E-bike with this company unfortunately it was out of stock. A gentleman called Simon called and offered me an alternative but this was not the bike I wanted so a refund was offered which I received within four days.

I ordered a electric bike but they delivered wrong order and Theirs service is very bad and I am totally disappointed above this online company

Product that I bought was legit, fast delivery and good service.

In reference to my previous review. I would like to change my opinion on the review, only im not sure how to do it. This is why I am writing another review. Once electric maxx had sorted out the problem with my delivery,my bikes arrived today. This was not the company’s fault but the delivery service. The bikes arrived in perfect condition, really well presented and packaged. I have built both bikes and myself and my wife did around 9 miles on them this evening. They are excellent for what we need and we tested them out on really steep hills tonight. I would highly recommend anyone to buy them. Again I would like to say thank you to Simon for keeping us informed about this matter. It was through no fault of his and also it was the company’s first time sending goods to Northern Ireland. Everything has turned out really well and we are really really happy. Thank you so much for your support!!!!

I've had a fantastic experience with Electric Maxx. I've purchased two electric bikes from them, and even when one was unfortunately stolen, they were incredibly supportive. The second bike had a minor issue, but their customer service was top-notch – they quickly sent a replacement part. Their prices are competitive, and their support is outstanding. Highly recommend!

It was meant to come within 7 days but it has been 14 days and it hasn't come so I'm really disappointed.

Got 2 hoverboards for my wee boys and they absolutely love them! Couldn’t fault the company at all brilliant service all round would recommend :)

I ordered the BK9 electric bike on the 16th January 2025 and it’s the 4th February now and it still hasn’t arrived they told me it was undeliverable on the 31st and ask if I wanted a refund or a resend I told them resend but I haven’t had any updates for some time now they haven’t responded to my emails and the number they put on the email doesn’t even go through? It has been very inconvenient and a very poor service.

Pleased with item so far however... The item was so badly packaged that parts were exposed through the box as the box was too small and could have led to the product being damaged and unusable.

I bought an electric folding bike from Electric Max and it had good price and came quite quickly. Electric Max promptly replaced the front light that came broken and the only problem is that the bike was very difficult to assemble and the instructions were of no use at all so Electric Max could prepare their own clear instructions to solve this problem.

I recently purchased an e-bike from Electricmaxx, the bike itself was good quality, its weight (37kg) was a major concern for me and this crucial information was not disclosed on the product page. Transacting with Electricmaxx was a fair experience.

I don't recommend this seller I buy the bike and not received assistance for problem with computer board I mount the bike and the bike not start I pay 50 pounds for solved problem in private shop Sorry for me not professional order number 1044 koolux bike Bk6

good item and delivery

Looked at several bikes on line. Elctric Maxx was selling at a good price compared with others. Delivery was fine it took 6 working days from ordering to arrival. I did e--mail the company to ask delivery date and recieved a prompt reply with an acccurate estimate of two days which was accurate, so it was a 5 star transaction. The bike itself came well packaged from the manufacturer. It all fitted together with no issues, everything was aligned, screw threads cut accuratly and works fine so far.

Fast delivery and good communication have only just assembled bike thankyou
