We have SPORTDOG BRAND bought as gift in UK for us We live in Vietnam after one week the battery charge port fell off Now SPORTDOG request send back collar VERY DIFFICULT all they must do is send us a small COVER the size of cap less 50%

Took my order for a product and then…
Took my order for a product and then immediately sends me an email saying they don’t actually have a part for the product but are still taking sales for that product instead of taking it off their site. And then then asked me for an IBAN so I ended up having to dispute it with my bank to get my money back

Their automated email said it was sent but no tracking was ever suppled and no reply to email either...
Your parcel was sent... 8 days later... no parcel, no tracking, no answer to email! Just glad it wasn't an expensive item but I will be turning to Paypal to recuperate my money regardless. Be careful. It might just be very poor customer service, but it is nonetheless unacceptable in those days and age.
