We bought a ball for the cat and I’ve been dealing with Customer Service for a refund because it doesn’t work. Sent emails, pictures and even a video and they stopped answering… that ball is 63 euros + tax and I requested to pick it up to send it back and NO RESPONSE… total silence and I called the day I received it…

waiting for ages for delivery and when i contact you about it you just say you have no control over the delivery not accceptble we needed this before we went way on holidays and it looks like we wont have it now
Since wearing the collar our dogs barking has dramatically decreased after 2 days of use. Although she doesn't like it, we believe it has conditioned her to not constantly bark.

Well, in short. I am from Romania. site is Czech. My faults: 1. did not looked closely , ordered an Petrainer receiver instead of I"pets (damn Chinese, receivers are identical) 2. did not looked on local market it was cheaper and had possibility to return. They have 1: not first thing to see returning policy... if you consider returning a 50 euro collar in Czech rep... might consider that returning it on your own expenses will double receiver price, even if site's cost is around 8. Asked them to place an returning order that I will pay, no answer. :(

I feel like the quality of the collar is not the best but it does the job. Comparing it to the electric collar I have from before which was more expensive there is a significant difference in quality. The band which goes around the neck is adjustable but while the dog is wearing it loosens up
I placed the order in Finland and the package was given tracking number at the same moment. Package came exactly as ordered and also pretty fast because only 7 days from CZ to FIN. Price was fine and everything worked fine. Thank you.
