Absolutely love this pet vacuum!

Delivery, materials - all great
Everything was great! E Collar that I've ordered came in a few days with GLS. I tried the collar and remote , all working great. Material is good too!

Not Trustworthy
Not Trustworthy! I paid an extra €35 for DHL shipping, but my order was sent via regular mail. I emailed them to request a refund for the extra money they charged me for DHL shipping, but never heard back from the company. Very dissapointed in the dishonesty.

Don’t like it at all
Don’t like it at all! Other dogs set it off, vibrations of let’s say closing the car door set it off… I don’t know if it shocks bit it does make the beep. I don’t know if it ever shocks because the dog doesn’t react

Miss the shipment left on 16.02.2023
Miss the shipment left on 16.02.2023 - two weeks ago. With our customers in Far East the delivery time is around 5 - 7 days. The tracking no. cannot be tracked. Hope you will pay the money back, if i do not receive the shipment.
