Dopo aver acquistato un prodotto da loro, mi è arrivata una mail che mi diceva che l'articolo non era più disponibile e mi hanno chiesto se volessi rimborso oppure aspettare 2 mesi che l'articolo richiesto tornasse in stock. E' ormai una settimana che gli scrivo tutti i giorni, ma non ho più ricevuto notizie. Completamente spariti. Consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a venditori più affidabili e non fare come me. a couple of days after the payment, I received an email telling me that the item was no longer available and they asked me if I would like a refund or wait 2 months when the item to be back in stock. I write my answer every day for a week now, but I have not received any reply. Completely gone. I highly recommend that you go to more srious sellers and don't do like me.

I was searching for an electric collar for my small dog who barks excessively. I accidentally bumped onto this site and I thought that the quality would be better than other collars made in China. Also they had a collar specifically for small dogs. The collar shipped very fast and received a few days later. The collar looked quite well made and small enough to fit a small dog. However, there were no instructions in English, so I emailed the company asking for English instructions, but I never got an answer. After watching a video on Youtube in Czech, I figured out how to set it up (which is really confusing because there are no buttons and you have to set it up using a magnet) and finally got it to work. However it kept getting loose on the dog’s neck and didn’t make contact and it didn’t work, so I had to readjust it a few times to be somewhat effective. When my dog started barking, the delivery of shocks was very inconsistent- it would deliver a shock after 5 or 10 barks. This not only confused the dog, but it also made her scared and anxious, as the shocks were delivered randomly. I decided to return it as the company offered a 30 day money back guarantee. I returned the collar and The company emailed me to say that they would only refund 80% of the price because the unit was a bit scratched. I agreed to that so that I could at least get some of my money back. Instead, they’ve sent me another email with some kind of “credit note” in Czech. I guess they meant that I could use it to buy something else from the store. There wasn’t even an explanation of how I could use that credit note. I emailed them again three times asking them to refund my money and that I didn’t need to buy anything else from the store. I never got an answer. I guess you could buy an electric collar from them only if you want to confuse and torture your dog or if you have some money that you need to throw away. So only one star for them.

I live in Finland and the PuraX self cleaning cat toilet isn’t available here. The delivery took 1 week which is great but on hindsight, I should have bought from Amazon De. It was cheaper and a much more reliable and secure transaction for an 800EUR purchase. They mentioned a Black Friday promotion on Petkit product on the website but then when I emailed, they said they had no discount for it. Overall, the product is as amazing as what I researched. But for the service- you’re better off relying on Amazon.
