Package not even shipped after almost a week
I placed my order 6 days ago, and the package has still not been handed over to the courier (GLS). Since July 3rd, the tracking just says: “Parcel data entered into GLS IT system”, but there’s been no movement since then. It’s unclear whether the item was actually shipped, if it’s stuck in customs, or still sitting in a warehouse — and the seller hasn’t provided any updates or communication. Very disappointing experience. If a company can’t ship promptly, the least they can do is keep the customer informed. This was my first and definitely last time ordering from them.
