At the time of writing

At the time of writing, I have two extra large dog flaps sitting in my hall awaiting collection, not the two small cat flaps ordered. The company is drastically out of pocket yet I have been told to make my own arrangements to to return to Prague at my own cost when they will refund postage. They will then send me the two cat flaps ordered! Prompt delivery yes, but the total opposite of size ordered. Overall, not impressed with their Customer Service. I have been honest, but you think that they would be grateful for pointing out their error. Anyone need a giant door door? The company only ot one star from me as this is the lowest option available.
