Dreadful customer service
I bought a used vibration collar which stated that it would fit my dog. When it arrived the cover sleeve on the box said to fit dogs 10-40 kg, neck size 22-64cms. However the collar in the box measured 40 cms. No where near as described . I contacted the helpdesk who suggested that it was my fault for buying a used product and that I should not have expected it to be the same as a new one! They said that as I had paid 47€ less than the price of a new one I should not have expected the sameproduct!!! I pointed out that I was entitled to expect it to be as advertised. They just said to send it back
