The customer service was very good. They helped me choose the right product for my needs. The delivery company (DPD) was not good. It took more than a week, and then they came to my company, and immediately left because there was nobody there in sight. But they had no intention of delivering it, they just wanted to get away fast, and then it was registered as "delivery attempt made" I had to wait 3 more days for delivery.

We didn't get manual on english, only on chech language which we unfortunatelly don't understand.

J’ai acheté à cette société il y a environ 1 mois un appareil sensé stopper l’aboiement d’un chien à distance. Le chien dont je voulais faire cesser les aboiements se trouve à une dizaine de mètre. J’ai placé l’appareil en face en direction de l’animal. Devinez! Il ne s’est rien passé le chien à aboyer comme d’habitude, un aboiement roque et grave, je crois que si j’avais pu lui mettre sur le museau il aurait souri…! 150€ jeté! Malheureusement je ne peux pas lui mettre un collier, c’est pas mon chien et la propriétaire est contre! Mais à ce prix je m’attendais à mieux que tout ce qu’on propose à 25 ou 40€, c’est la même inefficacité mais plus cher. Donc passez votre chemin.

the anti barking device does absolutely nothing. The dogs don't even bother about the ultra or the audio. I think it should be a much more powerful signal

Really great easy to use electric collar. It’s the best training tool for a smart stubborn puppy. I never have to use the electric shock, the vibration and the sound function are enough. I would give 5 stars if the Bluetooth range would be better. It doesn’t work if I’m inside when the dog is outside for example. The battery life is not so great either

The delivery was very quick and in good order. At this point, we are still training the cats, to see the final result of our automatic Surefeed dispenser.
