Where do I start?? Over $11,000 spent for my daughter and I. Constantly rushed around on tour buses. Driving in small cramped seats MANY hours EVERYDAY. Including the day we landed. The chose the airport on the other side of Ireland, resulting in having to drive across the island that day, only to drive across the island again to get back to that location. One day the bus was overheated, ac was broken. One student started seizing, we all ended up getting off the bus it was so unsafe. So hot. So many bodies. There were multiple things in Paris we did not see on our “drive by tour” that we were supposed to, because of the bus. We ended up just walking to the Eiffel Tower from where we were. So horrible. Being the mom of an adult student, (this was her high school grad gift) I decided to ditch the tour twice because I wanted to have a good time. Too scheduled!!! Too much driving!!! Think logistically!!! Should have dropped us in Shannon airport, not Dublin. Should have slowly made our way around. Way too much unnecessary driving. I want my money back. I wish I had NOT booked a tour. My youngest graduates in 2 years. We will NOT use EF tours. I would be smarter to book just my own trip next time. Not good at all.

They do well selling the trips, but they need to be more informed when it comes to what the trip involves, what the details of the trip are. It's a great experience, but there are a few things that need to be resolved when it comes to the details.

Our daughter went on the 12 day Italy trip. We felt confident that EF would take care of her food allergy and they did just that. She was always provided with a meal without her allergy and was given a card in Italian for severs, when not with the large group. We are thankful for the care EF provided. We are also amazed at all the places and activities that were planed for the students. It was just not a “bus” tour. The students really got to experience Italy in a local way!

Our tour was extremely well organized, safe, and fun! Working with the EF team prior to departure was easy and all of our tour questions and concerns were addressed promptly. On tour, we had the best Tour Director and Bus Driver - Shout out to Illugi and Paul!

Amazing experience discovering and learning new places

The best thing about the tour was having a local guide who stayed with us the entire time and ensured everything was up to standard. She changed and updated things as needed for us and it was very appreciated!

Whole time was amazing! Tour guide was A+++, loads of interesting activities, good amount of free time, and felt safe the entire time. Seems as if my tour was paired near to other EF tours, so I got to meet people from other parts of the country which was nice

My son had the best time of his life .He loved everything from the cooking classes ,Dance classes and the wonderful tour. However hand's down the food. Thank you for the great guides

The EF Health Science Tour to Great Britain was amazing. Our tour director did a great job. She was able to overcome and adapt through some difficult circumstances (the two hottest days) in London. The food in both Edinburgh and London was very good. The trip was very educational, fun and overall a great experience.

This was a fantastic tour for my 12 year old son, his first time to Japan. Despite very little functional Japanese, the tour was flawless and all details were taken care of by the tour leaders and the local guides. It was a great trip balancing exposure to science and sightseeing highlights, with enough free time to work in a few special individual forays into the local culture. Highly recommended for someone's first trip to Japan!

The tour director Seki, was phenomenal. He was well organized and accommodating to many needs. This tour gave me an excellent overview of Japanese history, culture and cuisine.

Our daughter had an amazing time on the Japan trip sponsored by her school. The kids visited a number of cities, shrines, had free time, and delicious meals. The hotels were very clean, and tour guides were great. Thank you EF Educational Tours!

Tour guide Stefano was absolutely fantastic amazing. Full days every day in Italy, Spain, and France. Tours, bus, trains, hotels, food (breakfast and dinner), tourist sites, religious and historical sites were great. Truly a memorable vacation.

My granddaughter enjoyed her trip very much. Got to see a lot of beautiful places and things loved trying different foods from different countries.

Team leader broke EF Tour policy by permiting and allowing underage drinking. Once team leader realize it became a problem she wanted to send student back home because of liability issue. Trying to wash her hands of any liability. When the her plan backfired. She went on to punish student without any permission from parent, again braking any policy or abusing any agreement in place. For spending nearly $7k on a trip and having to deal with an irresponsible leader. I would have to say this left a negative memory and a bad taste.

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's trip to Japan with her class! From signing up to making payments over time and providing instructions for preparation, EF Educational Tours did a fantastic job, start to finish. Her safety was a top priority, which gave us peace of mind. She cannot wait to go again next year : )

The following were very good - tour guide, bus, tours. Hotel rooms were good enough. Dinners were not as good as expected. Many dinners had no vegetable or salad. More free time would have been good, especially when getting lunch. This was often rushed. I really appreciate that EF Tours was accommodating by adjust our itinerary to see the leaning tower of Pisa.

Wonderful guide and experience.

My child had a wonderful experience. She said the guides were knowledgeable and fun.

The dinners were tiny. My daughter was hungry every night. They were not supposed to be allowed to walk around alone, yet my daughter did.
