EF Tours provides great opportunities
EF Tours gives groups of students an opportunity to travel and visit places they may not have otherwise seen. My daughter enjoyed her experience and would love to travel more now.

Shirley on the EF Peru Tour was phenomenal. She was outgoing and her love for her country was evident from the start. She set the tone upon meeting us at the airport in Lima and it continued through... See more

This was a fantastic trip, all around. I have taken several groups of students on EF trips to diverse places beyond Europe, and this was definitely one of the best trips. The tour directors were eac... See more

Kids enjoyed it very much
The trip was wonderful . Great memories ! The tour Guys were great. 2 negative points: The dinner meals would be better and the fondue experience was disappointing for what we paid for!
Fantastic Trip. Japan is filled with wonderful people.
I have worked with EF tours for over a decade. It has been one of the best experiences. From recruiting to planning to touring, everyone involved wants the tour to be an amazing experience and it shows. They are always willing to meet me right where I am and give that little push to get me where I want to be. My recruiting specialist, Liz, and Desiree my experience expert, are never more than a phone call away, even when I am touring and just needs to complain so I can move on with the tour. I wouldn't continue traveling every year with EF without the support of their staff. They make mine and my students travel dreams a reality.
My daughter and I went on a EF Tour with her classmates and while she had a lot of fun, there were some things that I wish were different. First of all some of our hotels were very out of the way of everything which meant we couldn't explore the city. Second, the breakfast was not really great. Dinner was okay but I wish that they it was more traditional food. I want to eat what the local people eat. Third, we felt like most of the time was spent on the bus. Travel times were a bit much due to the hotels being very out of the way. We also didn't get much free time to explore on our own in big cities. we were given plenty of free time in places there wasn't much to do. The tour guide was nice but it seemed like he didn't have much patience for the kids. they are teens, what do you expect? overall great experience but not sure we would go on another EF tour.
Our tour guide, Lara Sanchez was great. Very helpful and sincerely concerned about everyone having a great trip. We packed a lot into 8 days and got to see a lot. A little more flexibility in scheduling might be nice. It's fun, but exhausting when you're on a bus at 7:30am and don't get back to the hotel til 9 or 10pm. We had one free beach morning that was much needed and enjoyed by all. Food was good and it was cool to experience local cuisine. I get that it's complicated for everyone to order something different but options would be nice. On some stops the one meal offered didn't satisfy, it would be nice to be able to choose from a limited menu for some meals. For US travelers, European portions are smaller than ours, so you should give your kids a budget for snacks to supplement if they need to. The only negative part of the trip was the hotel in Santa Susanna. No AC, dirty rooms, loud kids screaming in the halls all night. Overall a great experience. We would go again!
Got all tour info on time, Erin and Maddie are a great team. Japan was awesome, sites and hotels were great.
My son had an amazing time in Europe! He visited beautiful places and met new friends. It was his first time traveling w/o parents, but we felt save sending him on this trip because of the group setting - 1 chaperone for 4 teens! My son is already planing to go back to Europe!
Our daughters had an amazing experience! Their recent trip to Switzerland, Italy, & France met all their expectations. Tours, hotels, food, and hospitality was wonderful. Their guide Dayanna was wonderful and made the girls feel safe. Thank you
What a fantastic trip! Dom was amazing. The tours, scenery, food was 1st class. I will definitely go on another trip with my older daughter.
Over priced for dirty 2star hotels and motels without ac. Familes should be able to call the airline and be seated together and not scattered thoughout the airplane. Also we should be able to pick seats in advance and not be given a seat at check in. The total prices needs to include tips for guides ect and country entry fees. A daily voucher with a set limit should be given for provided meals to each person because not being able to pick your own meal and just given the cheapest thing on the menu isn't okay along with being offered the same meal 3 days in a row.Having to spend money on dinner that was supposed to be included just to have better options should've beem communicated. We need atleast 1 day of not having anything scheduled some days are crammed and others are filled with 4 plus hours of exploring on your own. Overall a good experience.
Only rated it 4 because of the food. It was underwhelming
My daughter had a great time and would recommend this procedure to another parent. My only comment would be she said they were left free time multiple days in a row in the same spot. So that meant, they couldn't go far with in their free time, as it was limited and they could only stay within that area. If the free time was broken up by area/region - she could have seen more.
Our tour guide was exceptional! Very knowledgeable, well organized, and able to offer something for everyone! And, she was an overall good person to be around!
Our TD was great. Loved all the excursions. Just some issues with the hotels.
My son had a wonderful trip to Spain and Portugal. He saw so many historic sites and learned so much.
Tour guide worked hard and made sure everything went perfect!
My son had a wonderful experience in Italy. He was able to see and learn so much about the history, culture, and people during his twelve day tour. The guides and drivers were knowledgeable and professional. EF Tours was able to provide the students with an unforgettable experience.
My son says that their bus driver and tour guide were great! They all enjoyed the places they got to visit. He would have liked to stay at different hotel chains or same chain, just with more variety of food experiences included with them. He felt like it was always the same food at the hotels that was included with the trip price. Overall, great time and experience!
