Jessica from Edison Companies -- really listens. She really tries to understand your practice -- both the goals and the culture. She understands that it is not just about "placing any person to fill a need" but that it has to be a right fit for BOTH parties. I just have to start by saying that Jessica A. Is just the most awesome person I've ever had the opportunity to work with. I got a recommendation to contact her via an ex co-worker. This is at a time when I was at probably my lowest low in my job hunt.
