Jessica from Edison Companies -- really listens. She really tries to understand your practice -- both the goals and the culture. She understands that it is not just about "placing any person to fill a need" but that it has to be a right fit for BOTH parties. She asks alot of questions to get this information, she makes herself available and she really goes the extra mile. She has gained my trust and I will continue to lean heavily on her as I continually am looking to improve my practice.
