My advice is not to use them as their customer care/support is extremely poor. I have to admit, my case was not straight forward but this is not an excuse how things have been handled. I required documentation for approval from my management company which Ecoplex agree to complete. From the beginning they did not do things right. I had to follow up regularly as Ecoplex never contacted me and in the end the the first version of the documentation was returned without providing what was requested. That was not a problem and to help them I provided content to be simply put in the document. More I went ahead and validated all details need to be provided. They have never completed the documentation fully, even after I followed regularly with them. After 2 months wasting my time with them I had to stop any interaction with them as they do not care about their customers.
