The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From the first contact I found Ecoplex to be friendly and informative helping me to make my decision. I had my instillation done ahead of agreed date which was great. When the roofers and electricians arrived they were very friendly and went through where the panels and the equipment would be placed and made sure we were completely happy before they preceded. They left the house how they found it no mess at all. The apps were installed on my phone and explained. I had a curtesy call after instillation to see if I was happy with everything and understood the system. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hassle free experience from start to finish. The whole process from enquiry to finish was carried out efficiently and rapidly. Nice bunch of lads carried out the work tidily and with the minimum of fuss. Facilitated the installation of the inverter in the outside shed where I wanted it and explained the workings of everything through the app on the phone. Very pleased with the work and the price. Now all we need is for the sun to shine.
whole procedure carried out with the minimum of fuss and exactly as outlined in previous conversations. The roofing crew and electrical crew were friendly, helpful and efficient. They downloaded the two apps that we needed and explained how they worked. When they were leaving, the system was in full flow. Happy Days.

We had solar panels and an EV charger installed on different dates by Ecoplex. We found the.company and staff to be very easy to communicate with and everything was very well explained. Sales people were very helpful and informative and the installers arrived on-time and we're very professional. I liked that they fully discussed positioning and routing of cables and equipment. Overall I am very happy.

overall, I'm super satisfied with Ecoplex solution, I was nervous on the beginning because I had to choose the cheapest offer I've got for panels and invertor but at the end everything was going perfect, they meet the timeline and guys came at my house did a really great job, both teams, the one mounting the panels and also electricians. They were really professional, come with different proposal where to install the invertor, they used cable beds, everything looks so good after, they explained the product after installation, cleaning after they work etc. Great job for me, definitely recommend them.
