Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very efficient and organised company to work with, I would recommend them.
I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Ecoplex Energy Solutions for my solar installation in Longford. Their quote was competitive, and they took care of everything from installation to the BER certificate and the SEAI submission. Just yesterday, I received my grant, and the entire process was seamless and took me around 2 months onlu. Special thanks to Alastair, my salesperson, and Richard, the manager, who were both incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend them!
I had to give these guys a review especially when I seen 1 or 2 bad reviews written about them . I’m sure just Like a lot of other people I was worried that the job wouldn’t be done right and without any hesitation these boys were Excellent from start to finish. When the boys landed in the van they got straight into work . They Finished the job in one day as promised from the beginning. The work was done to a high standard and I was very impressed with both electrical and roofing work carried out. I had a small issue two months later with tripping out and they came back to me in a week and resolved the issue. My system is working great. I Definitely have no problem in recommending this company. I would like to give a special thanks to Rafal who came back out to resolve my issues. Great job eco Plex and I’m sure with yer high standard of work this company will be around for a long time.

Friendly and informative sales approach. Highly experienced roofers and electricians who worked with us throughout the difficult installation. Did leave until everything was checked and up and running.

Dealt with Kevin who guided me through the whole process. The admin team were very good too. They were brilliant from planning to installation. I got a report with imagery showing me exactly where my solar panels would go, the benefits and expected generation. Extremely helpful with all questions and processes, they organise everything that's needed. Installation inside a day and done to a high standard. I would recommend this company and had been quoted by 4 other companies. Nobody came close to this company for quotation or procedures in sales.
