Completely unacceptable customer…
Completely unacceptable customer service. We had missing food in a previous order, decided to give them another shot. Tonight we were again missing part of our order. The response that we got from customer service was sarcastic & rude. During the encounter we were transferred to a different rep without explanation & now I have to wait to resolve this issue with a supervisor. They didn’t have to wait to get paid for the service, why do we have to wait bc we had an issue with their service? Eat Street is TERRIBLE. Go with bitesquad people!
