Easy to navigate and order food per desired restaurant choice. Have used it x3 so far this past 2 months to order take out. No hassle at all. Food ordered at the restaurants were exactly what we ordered and on time.

Fast service no issues

Ordering take-out from the Shish Kebab House in Tucson was easy and efficient. The order was ready on time and was delicious as always!

Ordered and my food never came. No one called or emailed, had to contact them asking why. They said order was cancelled. Then they said it takes 2 to 5 business days to refund my card. So they charge your card before its ordered from restaurant.

Ordering was easy; food arrived exactly on time, was hot and tasty.

We order food, and it took 1.5x time longer then the estimated time for delivery. Not the first time the timing is so off. In addition, you can't call EastStreet about the delviery. They pass the buck to the restaurant who delivers whenever they want. Not what I would call reliable.

Without Eat Street I couldn't get food deliveries in my town because only 2 restaurants will will cross the state line to deliver to our small town. Eat Street has also been a great way to still support local restaurants during COVID-19. The deliveries are ALWAYS on time.

My last order the driver left my food on the ground in the dirt with ants. Tonight I placed a $40 order that hours later still isn't delivered and no updates. Eat Street gave me a $8 coupon for my troubles. No refund. What a joke and dishonest company.

Super easy. It remembers my orders. Drives have all new great. One forgot my drink and I said don’t worry about it but he later brought it back. MORE COUPONS!! Y’all gotta be making bank...
