Eat Street Offers great service. I like that I can track who is delivering my order and when my order will be delivered. The delivery team is always pleasant and happy to make deliveries. This is important to me because having a happy experience before I eat makes a difference in how I feel while I eat and helps make the eating experience much better. I ordered some food using Eat Street through a restaurant's website. Unfortunately, the restaurant must have been closed on the day I ordered because the order never went through and was never confirmed. I received an email from Eat Street saying they were having trouble locating the restaurant and confirming the order and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I agreed to cancel the order, but I was still charged the full amount of the meal which never arrived. I have responded to text messages and sent emails to Eat Street, but have not heard back from anyone regarding the charge that was made on my credit card which needs to be reversed. I wonder if I will ever hear from anyone on this? -Very disappointed in Burlingame CA

EatStreet is nice because of free delivery at many locations but overall food usually gets to me ice cold. Haven’t been able to get hit food from any restaurant through them. DoorDash is a lot better and the take a photo of where your food has been put for contactless delivery. EatStreet won’t even deliver to my apartment door the leave it on the ground outside where absolutely any can see it and steel it
Personally a great option for me as I do not get out often. Always on time and the drivers are very accommodating for me.
