We hide A Renault small SUV for four days in it done approximately 4000 K, so was in good condition. The only annoying factor was a rattle in the drivers door. The service at the counter was good and fast as was the shuttle to the airport The right was okay cheaper than most but like everything these days too expensive. The only other negative comment that I would make is that their shuttle service only goes between their base and the airport. They don’t pick up or drop off at hotels. I know a lot of higher car companies only do that these days but Some will do the hotel pick up and return.
Best rental company in Melbourne
I have been using ECCR every time I travel to Melbourne. The experience was always great on the previous occasions and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and quick and we got our two cars within 20 minutes. As we chose zero liability the staff did not even go through the cars with us and told us to just drive off. Returning was a breeze also. Just handed the keys to a guy after we parked and all good.
East Coast Cars is a great service and I'll use them again.
I've never used East Coast Cars before and so it was a gamble. I couldn't have been happier. From the pick up at the aiport to collection of the car, and then drop off and lift back 6 days later, I couldn't rate it highly enough. We ended up with what I think is a better car than I had booked (Mitsubishi ASX instead of a MG ZS). The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, with clear communication on how to find the pick up point at the airport and also the drop off procedure. It was a great price for a great service and I will definitely use them again.

Top-notch service
They provide a top-notch service from the very start to the end. They send timely reminders about the bookings. We planned to arrive at Brisbane airport and our booking was made accordingly. A few days before the booking, an online web guide was provided to find a way to their shuttle bus (complimentary service). The platform was straightforward to use and right on time. They took us to the office where we checked in which was also very easy as they had friendly staff. No additional deposits are required, simple and easy.

East Coast Rentals were fantastic and we will definitely use them again. The car we rented was in excellent condition and near new. The team were easy to work with, from the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport to the office team who did the agreement, handed over the keys, ensured we had all we needed - everything was spot on and easy. Easy car rental
To our delight we were able to change the booking to a hybrid when we checked in at Adelaide airport. We are always greeted cheerily at the pickup point and dealt with in a timely fashion when we check in. We like the new premises and efficiency of the staff. We have been booking with East Coasct car rentals for many years now and plan to do so in the future.
