We hide A Renault small SUV for four days in it done approximately 4000 K, so was in good condition. The only annoying factor was a rattle in the drivers door. The service at the counter was good and fast as was the shuttle to the airport The right was okay cheaper than most but like everything these days too expensive. The only other negative comment that I would make is that their shuttle service only goes between their base and the airport. They don’t pick up or drop off at hotels. I know a lot of higher car companies only do that these days but Some will do the hotel pick up and return.

Best rental company in Melbourne
I have been using ECCR every time I travel to Melbourne. The experience was always great on the previous occasions and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and quick and we got our two cars within 20 minutes. As we chose zero liability the staff did not even go through the cars with us and told us to just drive off. Returning was a breeze also. Just handed the keys to a guy after we parked and all good.

East Coast Cars is a great service and I'll use them again.
I've never used East Coast Cars before and so it was a gamble. I couldn't have been happier. From the pick up at the aiport to collection of the car, and then drop off and lift back 6 days later, I couldn't rate it highly enough. We ended up with what I think is a better car than I had booked (Mitsubishi ASX instead of a MG ZS). The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, with clear communication on how to find the pick up point at the airport and also the drop off procedure. It was a great price for a great service and I will definitely use them again.

The best car rental on the Gold Coast (possibly the world)
We had used GCCR about 10 years ago and had a great experience so when we arrived in the Gold Coast in a bit of a pickle and needing and extra car, we booked online and went straight there 5 mins later. The team were super friendly, our car was fab, the price was good. We have used a lot of car rental companies across the world and the Gold Coast arm of Gold Coast Rentals is the best we’ve come across. Thank you!

Cannot recommend more highly!
I can’t recommend East Coast highly enough. We organised a road trip from Brisbane to Sydney with our two under 5s. They were the only rental company to confirm in advance whether they would have car seats. Pick up was very straightforward and I’m so glad we went with their zero excess policy - we were rear-ended on the motorway at Gold Coast. Having established the car was safe to drive, we spoke with their Gold Coast branch who had us back on the road with a replacement 1.5 hours later. Service was fantastic, everyone was friendly and we had all we needed in a well-equipped car (more details than any other company on what model you are likely to get). Would definitely recommend and use again, thanks all at East Coast Rentals!

Genuine Rental Company
They are a nice company. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the car from East Coast rentals. We drove nearly 1000kms all around Queensland. The car was perfect. The only disappointment was out taxi which we had pre-booked the day prior, for a very early transfer from East Coast Rentals to the airport, was 20 mins late. No explanation. If it had been during business hours, ECR would have taken us no problems.

Excellent service. Baby and toddler car seats installed as required. Had to wait for collection but everything was sorted. The return process was easy and transfer to the airport was instant. The car provided was as advertised. The e toll surcharge was per each amount charged. Would highly recommend eccr to anyone. Impeccable service.

The service from when we first walked through the door to pick up the car right through to drop off was professional and friendly. The car was spotless and more than accommodated our family. The price was also significantly cheaper than elsewhere. This is the second time we have rented and we will be back.
