We hide A Renault small SUV for four days in it done approximately 4000 K, so was in good condition. The only annoying factor was a rattle in the drivers door. The service at the counter was good and fast as was the shuttle to the airport The right was okay cheaper than most but like everything these days too expensive. The only other negative comment that I would make is that their shuttle service only goes between their base and the airport. They don’t pick up or drop off at hotels. I know a lot of higher car companies only do that these days but Some will do the hotel pick up and return.

Best rental company in Melbourne
I have been using ECCR every time I travel to Melbourne. The experience was always great on the previous occasions and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and quick and we got our two cars within 20 minutes. As we chose zero liability the staff did not even go through the cars with us and told us to just drive off. Returning was a breeze also. Just handed the keys to a guy after we parked and all good.

East Coast Cars is a great service and I'll use them again.
I've never used East Coast Cars before and so it was a gamble. I couldn't have been happier. From the pick up at the aiport to collection of the car, and then drop off and lift back 6 days later, I couldn't rate it highly enough. We ended up with what I think is a better car than I had booked (Mitsubishi ASX instead of a MG ZS). The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, with clear communication on how to find the pick up point at the airport and also the drop off procedure. It was a great price for a great service and I will definitely use them again.

Very efficient and straightforward
Very efficient and straightforward process to rent a car for 11 days. Pick up in Brisbane did not take long and the drop off at the airport was very efficient including short transfer to the terminal. Staff were very efficient and courteous. Thank you

Great Car Hire
Really easy to book the car on line and pick up. Very central location for collection and drop off. Very clear instructions as to where to go. All staff very friendly and very helpful (especially Karim I think his name was). Vehicle itself very good, economical comfortable and clean. We hired gps for an extremely low price for approximately £4 (UK money) a day most useful. We hired the car from 24/10/24-27/10/24. Would highly recommend.

Beware of the cheats at East Coast Car Rentals - Launceston Airport, they ripped me of with an excess of $550 for a pre-existing damage which is not visible in any photo at the time of driving out

Pickup from the airport was prompt
Pickup from the airport was prompt. The drive to/from the depot was very enjoyable helped by very chatty and friendly drivers(5x stars) to both Bevinder and Terry. The van was ready when we arrived and the checkin staff explained everything about the van-number to call for assistance, type of fuel etc. drop off was a matter of leaving the van as directed by the staff.

Doing Tasmania with East Coast Rentals
We were very happy and satisfied with the choice of small SUV. Usually when one books a motor vehicle at an airport I've experienced disappointment where we were given something that we did not choose. The staff are friendly and engaging. The Shuttle Service is painless between the rental office and the airport. Go East Coast Rentals!!! What you are doing is setting you apart. Well done!!
