We hide A Renault small SUV for four days in it done approximately 4000 K, so was in good condition. The only annoying factor was a rattle in the drivers door. The service at the counter was good and fast as was the shuttle to the airport The right was okay cheaper than most but like everything these days too expensive. The only other negative comment that I would make is that their shuttle service only goes between their base and the airport. They don’t pick up or drop off at hotels. I know a lot of higher car companies only do that these days but Some will do the hotel pick up and return.

Best rental company in Melbourne
I have been using ECCR every time I travel to Melbourne. The experience was always great on the previous occasions and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and quick and we got our two cars within 20 minutes. As we chose zero liability the staff did not even go through the cars with us and told us to just drive off. Returning was a breeze also. Just handed the keys to a guy after we parked and all good.

East Coast Cars is a great service and I'll use them again.
I've never used East Coast Cars before and so it was a gamble. I couldn't have been happier. From the pick up at the aiport to collection of the car, and then drop off and lift back 6 days later, I couldn't rate it highly enough. We ended up with what I think is a better car than I had booked (Mitsubishi ASX instead of a MG ZS). The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, with clear communication on how to find the pick up point at the airport and also the drop off procedure. It was a great price for a great service and I will definitely use them again.

Arrive early to return car and get inspection report BEFORE leaving
After we had left the lot after dropping off the car and getting on our flight to Sydney, we received an email claiming windshield damage, along with an unclear photo. Couldn't see the damage on the photo and I asked that they provide clearer photos. They went ahead and took $ out of our deposit and sent another photo which focused on another spot to the left of the 'original alleged damaged' spot. Couldn't see any damage there on that 2nd photo either.

Pretty Good - new cars - well priced.
I had a great experience renting from East Coast for the first time! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Danny for going above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade, which I hadn't even asked for. The cars are well-priced, clean, and feature up-to-date models, which made the whole process even better. The only minor hiccup was that the windscreen washer fluid was empty, which made it a bit tricky to clean the windscreen while driving. Otherwise, everything was fantastic, and I'll definitely consider renting from East Coast again.

Best Car Rental company
My flight was cancelled and I had to arrange to pick up my car from a different airport. East Coast Rentals were fantastic and made it so easy to change the booking. They even stayed late so that I could pick up my car. Car was great too - everything as per agreement. Would highly recommend!!

East coast car rentals made our trip to Noosa super easy! We were upgraded at no extra cost. The check in and out process was quick and smooth, as was the pick up/drop off to the airport! Pricing was fair.

A really positive experience when renting a car for 5 days in Darwin a few weeks ago. The check out and check back in process was very smooth and straightforward. We were delighted with the car itself which exceeded our expectations and the overall costs proved good value. Thank you to Syed and his colleagues for making this a very good experience.
