We hide A Renault small SUV for four days in it done approximately 4000 K, so was in good condition. The only annoying factor was a rattle in the drivers door. The service at the counter was good and fast as was the shuttle to the airport The right was okay cheaper than most but like everything these days too expensive. The only other negative comment that I would make is that their shuttle service only goes between their base and the airport. They don’t pick up or drop off at hotels. I know a lot of higher car companies only do that these days but Some will do the hotel pick up and return.

Best rental company in Melbourne
I have been using ECCR every time I travel to Melbourne. The experience was always great on the previous occasions and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and quick and we got our two cars within 20 minutes. As we chose zero liability the staff did not even go through the cars with us and told us to just drive off. Returning was a breeze also. Just handed the keys to a guy after we parked and all good.

East Coast Cars is a great service and I'll use them again.
I've never used East Coast Cars before and so it was a gamble. I couldn't have been happier. From the pick up at the aiport to collection of the car, and then drop off and lift back 6 days later, I couldn't rate it highly enough. We ended up with what I think is a better car than I had booked (Mitsubishi ASX instead of a MG ZS). The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, with clear communication on how to find the pick up point at the airport and also the drop off procedure. It was a great price for a great service and I will definitely use them again.

Amended booking ok
Booked online and needed to change dates - no problems, got refund fir difference. Pick up: suggested we owed $28AD but when we showed the email with the refund details they confirmed it was OK. Car was clean and ready. Drop off seemed to take longer, but we had full insurance and no issues. Shuttle to airport was fast and driver friendly.

Highly recommend great experiences
This is our second rental from ECR (the other from Sunshine Coast) and it will be our go to car hire from now on. We hired the new Honda HRV from Newcastle (half hour Uber ride from airport $52) and were very impressed with their service, vehicles and price. We always take the full insurance cover. Highly recommend this great company. Cherie

Book with east coast
We were undecided what company to use they was such a different in price and reviews. After reading the reviews on east coast we decided to go with them, they were very helpful at the desk on picking car up and returned car was just as good with a very helpful staff and drop of driver back to the airport definitely use them again,we had top insurance cover with them and didn’t need it as we traveled in day time to avoid hitting any animals thank you for great service.
