Fantastic job completed on time and within original quote value.

We had 7 windows and a door fitted and had excellent service from first visit to completion. We were kept informed on fitting dats and nothing was to much trouble. We had a small issue a few months later and when we contacted them about it they were very quick in fixing it. The company was great from start to finish. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had 3 windows fitted and a window removed and patio doors fitted and back door bricked up to fit new window. Happy with the job they done qny issues that came up were rectified and workmen were polite and tidy.

From start to finish every aspect of working with DX home improvements was great. They were informative and down to earth, and when asked about potential upgrades they only recommended what they thought would be the best fit for me. The team that came in to do the window installation were brilliant, the were early (with warning) and got the job done quickly and precisely! And I'm pretty sure they left my house cleaner than it was to start with! And the customer service team have been attentive throughout the entire process!

5 stars really is not enough! Best in the business. Would 100% recommend this company! DX did work on my roof and kitchen and can't thank them enough. The service from start to finish was really impeccable. Companies nowadays give you false promises with timescales but DX ran clockwork and delivered all the promises they set out at the start. All the staff where really friendly and lovely. Will definitely be back in the future!

The salesman Jim was great, no long boring sales pitch, just a clear price and full explanation of procedure. The company contracted to do the roof replacement were amazing, four men turned up before 8 am and worked right through until 5pm with only a short lunch break and finished the job in one day. So why only three stars? Because their admin. Is a shambles. No coordination of delivery of scaffolding, skip and material with the result the lorry filled with tiles wood OSB boards etc arrived and it was unclear where all the stuff was going. However the delivery driver did manage drop the stuff in a safe place. Scaffolding arrived later that day and skip next day and some of the materials had to be moved to accommodate. Following day was installation which as previously advised went without a hitch. A week later skip was removed and following day the scaffolder rang Bell and asked if job was finished so they hadn't been informed. Originally I asked to do through finance. Didn't receive any paperwork so had to keep chasing, eventually was told was a problem with finance provider so went to my own bank and had finance in place within 48 hours. Was told appointment would be made for surveyor to visit, didn't happen, surveyor turned up unannounced, wasn't a big problem but just indicative of their admin. The evening the job was finished I received phone call asking if I could transfer the balance that night and they would send a receipt and the guarantee. Sent payment and got receipt next day but no guarantee. Almost 3 weeks later got a call asking if I was satisfied with job, which I was, except not having guarantee yet. The girl said she would get on to installation dept. to sort that and sent a link via WhatsApp to do review. At time of writing have not got guarantee. So in conclusion actual removal of old roof and installation of new was smooth but sad lack of communication from DX. Received a call today, 27 February, from Sean one of the directors from DX. He had gone over the records of our dealings and apologised for the shortcomings but explained that at the time they were short staffed for various reasons and their installation manager was working on his own. He did point out correctly that once the initial deposit had been received the company had pulled out all the stops to start the job ahead of schedule. I have now received the 10 year guarantee and Sean has assured me they will address any shortcomings in communication. I am happy now to upgrade the review to 5 stars and would recommend the company as the workmanship was of a very high standard.

Got my windows in last year think maybe march /April absolutely love them what a difference!!! Darren was lovely as were the guys that fitted them would highly recommend easy transaction from start to finish

I would recommend DX to anyone. From start to finish everything run like clockwork. There was no heavy sales pitch just an reasonable quote, followed by visit from surveyor and then the installation team. Everyone did their job well. Installation team were amazing and did a first class job. I live in an old cottage and they made the windows and doors fit to perfection and the look was well finished. There is nothing bad I can say about this company. I wish there were more companies like them. Good honest, hardworking team who did what they were asked and nothing was a problem for them.

All my windows have been replaced very quick and with no problems at all (2rd floor). The dream team I would say 😉 thank you so much 🙏 I would recommend 100%!!

Dx were really good from meeting Becca who was very helpful explaining about the company no sales pitch measuring Becca is lovely company kept in contact from start to finish the men that do all the hard work were great from the window & door fitters to the roughcasters cleaned up after they had finished i would definately recommend this company thank you so much
