Very efficient, reasonably priced with payment options and when it came to installation it was relatively mess free, and the guys did a good clean up afterwards too. Very professional throughout.

Great job well done nothing was a problem and all cleaned up behind them definitely would recommend to anyone best trades men in a long time many previous jobs eg bathroom and kitchen with other companies used was mever 100% good thanks for my leak free fully fitted new roof 😀

Just had my entire house rendering replaced by DX. From start to finish it has been a painless process and the work done looks fantastic. The job was initiated and completed in a very short space of time and it has been a completely painless experience with everything being taken care of. Very happy with the job. Hope it still looks this good in 10-20 years!

The workers were punctual, professional and friendly. They worked hard and to a high standard, keeping me informed throughout. The French doors were of excellent quality and we are extremely happy with the whole experience. They cleaned up after them, thank you! I got a new door and everything went smoothly. They were quick to reply to phone calls and text messages. The men doing the installation were quick and did a great job! They tidied and took all the debris away with them when they finished.

From start to finish a personal, bespoke, professional service. Impressed with the quality of product (3 x tenement windows), quality of work done and any member of the team I spoke to or contacted was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

First visit was very quickly and the person coming to check the windows and provide a quote gave clear explanations. We then had someone coming for measurements roughly a week later and the first appointment for fitting was also very quick. However there have then been some issues as the windows weren’t ready on time, which caused a few delays. Communication was a bit patchy at this point and I had to chase for updates a couple of times, it would have been nice to have been kept a bit more updated proactively instead. This was probably due to holidays however it was disruptive as I had to take a day off work for the original date, which wasn’t met. That said, each time I contacted them, I was met with someone really polite and apologetic. Overall I am happy with the new high quality windows.

I've got to write a review which truly reflects my experience from Initial enquiry to the finished job. The estimater arrived did an honest and professional estimation of the entire cost of having my roof , stripped of slates, and reroofed with tiles, all costs including scaffold and skip. No persuasive sales chat, and no pressure from the estimated, After I agreed to have the job undertaken by DX HOME improvements, calls from staff advised when the scaffold, skip and roof staff would arrive, which is what happened as planned. The actual men doing the roof work were obviously highly skilled and worked to the highest standards and completed my roof work exactly as planned. Follow up job telephone conversation from company directors who were genuinely interested in how the job went was so reassuring. Simply put a truly fantastic experience from Beginning to end.

Really good experience with DX Home Improvements from start to finishing. I contacted regarding a new door and Lauryn helped me out with different quotes and answered any questions I had straight away. The door was installed and completed to a perfect finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Friendly and helpful team from sales to fitting, communicated every stage of the process and had the job done in good time from the initial quote.
