From start to finish this was a joy. David came down to survey for the roughcasting, talked us through our options and showed us a full range of colours etc. to choose from. Very good price and when the boys arrived to do the job they were polite, professional and very hard workers. They worked non stop on the hottest day of the year without a break. The job they did was fantastic, we are so pleased we picked DX to do our roughcasting, it is a big property and they completed it in 2 days to a very high standard. The finishing touches like painting the sills, putting our satellite dish back up and fixing all cables back to where they had been were very much above and beyond what we expected. They also cleaned up after themselves each day and at times as they worked I forgot they were even there. The disturbance was minimal. I would highly recommend DX Home Improvements to anyone. We are absolutely thrilled and delighted with our houses appearance.

Would Highly Recommend DX for all your Home Improvements, the team are AMAZABUBBLES!! from meeting James the sales guy to dealing with David, Sean and Johnny keeping me up to date with everything. The tradesman were fantastic from the builder to Tommy, Jamie the heating engineers and Tommys brother who helped too, very professional and knowledgeable guys. I am well chuffed with my new boiler and radiators.

My Daughter needed some windows and doors. After a fair amount of research and 3 quotes we chose DX HOME. They weren't the lowest quote however the reason we went with them were the reviews on their reliability after care and workmanship stood out from the rest. They fitted 4 windows and a back and front door. Within 3 weeks of ordering they were all fitted in a day and a half. Thanks to the surveyor who got it all right first time Paul and special mention to Wullie the fitters and Johnny in the office for keeping us well informed what when and why was happening. When the front door needed a slight readjustment Johnny and Wullie sorted it all out nothing was a problem. Very friendly skilled team. Highly recommended

Got my roughcasting done with DX and they were a dream. Becca came out to do the quote and she was so lovely and friendly and helpful, took time to explain everything to me. I had mentioned another job I was wanting done so Nicky came and gave me a quote for that too as Becca wasn’t available. Johnny has sorted out my roughcasting job and has been great at keeping me up to date with what’s happening. The boys came out to do the job today and they were done super quick, helped me with a couple of questions I had and tidied up great at the end so there was nothing left behind. My roughcasting looks amazing I’m so happy with it! Will defo be using you guys again for other things, such a lovely team of folk who all know their stuff

DX Home Improvements fitted four bespoke windows in our Edinburgh tenement flat. They quoted us the best price out of four companies (by a considerable margin) and did an excellent job. The windows were fitted beautifully, with very neat finishings. The fitting team worked swiftly, left the place tidy and were most considerate. I would recommend the company without reservations and would happily use them again.

Recently had new front composite door & back door fitted & have got to say service was fantastic fitters where in & out in a few hrs & cleaned up every single bit of mess before leaving. Have given my neighbours there details as would definitely recommended DX home improvement.

This company has excellent customer service from start to finish. The DX team have been an asset to the company from meeting Darren for a quote, Richard for the survey, continuous updates from Jonny, David and Mark and of course the installation team that carried the job out professionally. I had 5 windows and 1 door ordered paid for and fitted within 3 weeks....so well done team. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to get the job done with any small issues or queries sorted immediately.

For transparency there was issue with window when installers went to collect it but was remeded quickly and was kept up to date each stage of the process. Staff were all approachable, friendly and professional from first contact and was reasonably priced. Product quality was good and aftercare was also good as managers called on day of install and few days after to ensure everything was ok. Will be recommending and using this company in future.

We had seen countless companies and sat through their tedious presentations so when Becca came to see us she was a breath of fresh air. No 90 minute presentation, just the facts and a quote that was better than everyone else. I'd read great reviews so decided to go for DX. Mark and Becca were both so approachable and kept in contact. My whole house was completed in a day. Due to an issue with the team's vacuum my house wasn't as tidy as I would've liked, however as soon as I called I was put through to the foreman and was sent a voucher to compensate for the inconvenience. A great company with customer values and a cracking team who communicate well. Plus a beautiful product.

From phoning to ask for a quote, to the guys being out and an emailed quote arriving was about 5 hours; impressive stuff. Overall, a good experience with DX; certainly worth getting them out to quote for your business.

Great service from everyone involved from start to finish. Seven windows and two doors. Very reasonable priced. NO hard selling from salesman. They look great. Guys that came to install them were very efficient. I was dreading whole process but went very smoothly. I just had to leave them to it and they got on with it. People have stopped and complimented me on them. Said they looked great. Again would definitely recommend.
