Excellent service start to finish. No pressure at all, it was just exactly what I wanted with no fuss and exceeded my expectations with how quickly it was all done. The guys who installed the door were lovely too. I had a small issue which was resolved quickly and with no fuss. After care service has been brilliant too. I only got the new door so my little cat could go outside and he is very pleased with the cat flap you installed for him.

WOW! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It seems rare these days to work with a company that actually does what they say they will do. It started with salesman Sam. Then the surveyor and installation by Brian and Ryan. All arrived on the appointed day and time. They even had their own vacuum cleaner. The windows are perfection. I’m so impressed that I’m now arranging for another window to be replaced. You will not be disappointed using this company!!

This company installed 6 windows in my home. They were brilliant and the finished job looks incredible, it is beyond my wildest dreams. The attitude of the workers was spot on, lovely lads with care and consideration for elderly individuals such as myself. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after from start to end. If I ever needed new windows again I would contact this company, however due to the amazing work that they undertake I am happy to say I don't think I'll be needing anymore windows.

We had 10 windows replaced over 2 days. The team were friendly and efficient and made a real effort to clean up after themselves. The communication with the DX has been excellent from the outset. I would definitely recommend DX to family and friends for any home improvement work.

Service from Sales pitch, to installation and all points on between was to the highest standard. All of the employees were professional in their approach and ways of working. Delivered on time, at agreed price and to the highest quality. Could not ask for more.

Great end result with windows installed. Some unfortunate accidental damage during installation, however issues rectified or offers made to do so.

From the start, Darren was very informative and never gave the hard sell at all, which was nice. We were surprised at how quickly everything happened, literally a few weeks from the initial meeting to having the windows done. Quality of the windows and doors are superb. The fitters were here early and didn’t stop working at all. We had a patio door installed as well and all the excess rubble was cleared away, which we never expected. The fitters were very friendly, professional and were finished mid afternoon. We would highly recommend to anyone, in fact we will be using them again to have more windows and doors installed on another project. Excellent job chaps!!!! Thank you.
